Heather Lyons Bevil brings invaluable experience in Commercial Real Estate, including leasing enclosed regional malls, ground-up developments, outdoor retail centers, restaurants and office. Heather works with developers, construction teams, project managers, designers and architects. She has provided landlord representation to some of the largest REITS in the nation, and currently provides national and local Seller, Buyer, Landlord and Tenant representation. Heather enjoys mentoring new commercial real estate agents. Heather is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR), Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors (GCAR) and National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
Heather is married to Chris Bevil and has two sons, Cameron and Alister, and four daughters, Maci, Khyla, Peyton and Ivy. Her hobbies include raising her family, taking care of the family dog and chickens, spending time with friends and enjoying quiet time with coffee on her back porch.

Valerie Gallups brings a banking and financial background to her Commercial Real Estate career. With over 18 years experience with banks such as Regions, Amsouth, and Pioneer, along with retail and sales management experience, Valerie has the tools needed to be successful in commercial real estate. She is surrounded by family with a background in managing projects for local successful companies, construction, design and architecture. Valerie began her Commercial Real Estate career in March 2014 and has partnered with several of Chattanooga’s most successful Commercial Brokers. She currently specializes in Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, Seller Representation, and Buyer Representation. Valerie is an active member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors (GCAR).

Valerie is married to Scott Gallups and has two daughters, Cassie and Jordan. Valerie is also mom to fur babies and enjoys spending time with her family, going on hikes and relaxing outside.
